ORDERS AND SHIPPING

01. How do I track my order?

You can also track the shipping status of your order(s) by logging in to your account, selecting Order History and clicking Track Order. Click here to log in to your account.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time.

Additionally, you can also track, re-route and even have UPS & USPS hold your shipments for up to 2 weeks by logging on to UPS & UPS Tracking.

To check the delivery status of your order, please follow these steps:
  1. Locate the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
  2. Visit the UPS or USPS website, depending on the courier used for your order.
  3. Enter the tracking number in the designated tracking or shipment tracking section on the website.
  4. Click on the "Track" or "Check Status" button to retrieve the information about your shipment.
  5. You will be able to see the current status of your order, including estimated delivery date and any relevant updates.

02. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees vary by region, and free shipping is available for purchases of $60 or more.

03. When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.

Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Please remember that orders cannot be edited once process begins. All processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.

04. How to change the shipping address

All shipping address changes can be made in the My Account section. You will have the option to select a new default shipping address or add an additional address. Click here to log in to your account.

05. When will my order be processed?

Due to UPS & USPS carrier capacity issues occuring nationwide, shipments may experience several days in delays. All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day and will ship within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

The shipping method may vary depending on the number of orders, which will be included in the confirmation email.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

01. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date for orders placed on blissmile.com and shipping within the contiguous United States.

After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees and "Duties & Taxes Reimbursements" will not be refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post. Please note that all sales to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO addresses are final.

The wipes package must be unopened and unused to be eligible for petit trésor wipes exchange or return.

02. How do I return an item?

03. Are returns accepted if my order is shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, APO/FPO?

We do not accept returns from Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses.

04. When will i see my refund?

After we receive your return at the warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method.

05. What items are eligible for returns?

Returned items will be inspected and must be returned in unopened and original condition.

Items marked as Final Sale and promotional items (e.g. free gifts with purchase, buy one get one free items) cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, unless required by law. Products shipped to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for returns.

We only accept returns for eligible products purchased on blissmile.com. We have great relationships with our retailer partners and if you would like to return a product purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for assistance and information regarding their return policy.

Original shipping and handling fees and international surcharges are not eligible for refund

01. Are Blissmile Baby Wipes truly "chemical-free"?

"Chemical free" at blissmile means that, besides water and cotton, there are no other added chemicals.

02. Are the Blissmile Baby Wipes really made with 100% water?

Absolutely, our wipes are moistened with 100% Pharmaceutical grade water, and are crafted entirely from water and nonwoven U.S.-grown cotton. No other chemicals, preservatives or additives of any kind are used in the manufacturing process.

03. Why is it important that baby wipes are made with 100% water, purified to Pharmaceutical grade?

Our wipes use 100% pharmaceutical-grade purified water, ensuring they're gentle and safe for a baby's sensitive skin. By avoiding chemicals, we greatly reduce irritation risks, providing more dependable care for your little one.

04. Are Blissmile Baby Wipes flushable?

No, Our wipes should not be flushed down the toilet. Despite being made from 100% nonwoven U.S.-grown cotton, they are designed to be disposed of in a waste bin.

05. How many wipes come in a package?

Each package of blissmile baby wipes contains 50 individually wrapped wipes. If you order 100 pieces, it will be delivered in 2 packs, and if you order 200 pieces, it will be delivered in 4 packs.

06. Do Blissmile Baby Wipes contain parabens, phthalates, plastics or preservatives?

No, our baby wipes contain only pharmaceutical-grade water as a liquid ingredient and the fabric is 100% cotton.

07. Do Blissmile Baby Wipes have an expiration date?

Like all wet wipes, our newborn wipes have an expiration date. We recommend opening within 36 months of the production date and use immediately after opening. The production date and expiration date is printed on the back of the pack.

08. Are Blissmile Baby Wipes reusable?

No, Blissmile Baby Wipes are not reusable and should be disposed of correctly after use. Please dispose of as per local guidelines.
